Join our community 4 times a year to RECHARGE, ENERGIZE and HEAL your Mind, Body and Soul

Life has a funny way of moving really fast, and before you know it…too much time has gone by with those aching joints, headaches, insomnia, weight gain, stomach aches and low energy. You start to think it is normal to have these annoyances. I am here to tell you that, just like your car needing tune-ups and oil changes, your MIND and BODY do too!

Together, in these challenges, we will reboot your mind and body to heal, cleanse and get back on your A game! A true Awakening to BE Healthier, LIVE Happier, and make a powerful CHANGE in your Life!

Each Challenge will be seven days where you will focus on refueling your mind and body with real food recipes, daily movement and exercise videos, as well as daily meditations and affirmations connecting you deeper within.

You will be provided a meal plan, grocery list, downloadable documents, and daily emails with a video from Rachel, and detailed information for the day. You will also have private access to the Be.Live.Change Facebook community that will allow you to meet other tribe members, share experiences, recipes, photos, and challenges and triumphs along the way.
